Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Payroll Operate (GPO) Client Solution Senior Manager to lead global payroll technology design and implementation for multinational clients. You will bridge client stakeholders with EY teams to ensure scalable, compliant delivery.

In this client-facing role, you’ll guide design from sales handover through go-live, mentor delivery teams across countries, and contribute to continuous improvement of EY’s GPO platforms and services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in global payroll implementations or related fields.
• Experience leading multi-country payroll/HCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of global payroll operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global design workshops and client solutioning for payroll technology.
• Maintain global implementation deliverables and testing plans.
• Guide go-live and ensure scalable, compliant local delivery across countries.
• Support sales-to-implementation handover and client communications.
• Mentor delivery teams and drive continuous improvements.
