Remote's Global Payroll Operations team is seeking a Manager, Payroll Operations to own planning and implementation of our payroll chapter. This is a leadership role in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will manage a payroll team, ensure on-time, accurate payroll processing and compliance with country-specific regulations, and serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The position offers fully remote work, competitive benefits, and exposure to global payroll

Qualificações

• Extensive regional/global payroll operations experience.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices and multi-country implementations.
• Strong people management and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Own the complete payroll function, ensuring on-time processing and compliance.
• Guide and mentor the Payroll Operations team.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific policies.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and accounting teams.
• Develop and implement KPIs and SLAs for the team.
