Confidential is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and external providers to optimize controls and processes.

You will scale payroll operations, drive automation, and support strategic people initiatives while maintaining rigorous data integrity and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-country work.
• Strong understanding of payroll tax, benefits, and compliance.
• Experience with major payroll systems (Workday, ADP, UKG, Dayforce).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-country employees.
• Ensure accurate, on-time payroll and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee relationships with payroll providers and EOR partners.
• Collaborate with Finance for payroll accounting and month-end close.
