VIA is seeking a Global Head of Payroll who will lead and scale payroll operations across its global footprint, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery. This role involves managing a team, establishing scalable processes, and collaborating with various departments to maintain payroll operations.

Successful candidates will have at least 10 years of payroll leadership experience, strong project management skills, and a solid understanding of payroll compliance. The salary range is $175,000 - $190,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build scalable payroll processes and lead through periods of growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll operations ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Manage and develop a team of Payroll Managers across multiple regions.
• Drive payroll technology strategy and optimization including Workday Payroll.
