Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Senior Payroll Coordinator to join our Wayne, PA team. You will manage time sheets, payroll data entry, and employee inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely payments. This onsite role requires coordinating with HR and other departments to keep records current and compliant.

The position emphasizes processing Canada payroll, garnishments, and month-end tasks while training peers and supporting finance reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years payroll processing experience.
• Experience with SAP Payroll or ECP preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls including Canada.
• Audit payroll information for accuracy.
• Coordinate payroll changes with HR (terminations, new hires).
• Review and audit employee data in payroll system.
• Oversee electronic payments and payroll checks.
• Process garnishments and related deductions.
• Assist with end of month reconciliation and general ledgers.
• Train payroll staff and liaison with departments.
• Ensure compliance with Teleflex policies.
