Job summary

Greene, Tweed in Lansdale, PA, seeks an experienced Payroll Leader to oversee NA payroll operations for ~1,550 employees. You will drive accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting using Workday, SAP, and Kronos, while guiding a dedicated team. Prior multi-ERP experience is essential for success.

You will coordinate with HR and finance, implement process improvements, and ensure optimal payroll services across all jurisdictions with strong data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• 7+ years of payroll processing experience, including Workday workflows.
• Kronos Time and Attendance experience desired.
• Experience integrating HR and Payroll systems.
• Proven accuracy with large data sets and confidentiality.
• Multi-company ERP experience (SAP or similar).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review payroll processing and reconciliation for North America (approx. 1550 employees).
• Utilize Workday for US Payroll processing in-house and ADP Canada as needed.
• Lead payroll team and ensure timely, accurate reporting and deposits.
• Manage data collection and accuracy; ensure legal reporting compliance.
• Provide Workday support (EIBs, integration) and liaise with IT/vendor teams.
• Oversee SAP posting, Kronos reconciliation, and annual performance reviews for payroll staff.
