Job summary

Essity in Philadelphia seeks a Payroll & Time Management Supervisor to lead U.S. and Canada payroll and time systems.

You will oversee ADP and Kronos Dimensions, drive process improvements, and partner with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in payroll (multi-state), 3+ years of people leadership, CPP/PCP or equivalent preferred, and a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience (US/Canada).
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ADP and Kronos Dimensions/UKG.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations for US and Canada, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Own time and attendance system optimization and adoption of self-service features.
• Oversee employee self-service, ticketing, and service delivery.
• Establish compliance, controls, and risk management across payroll.
• Provide reporting, analytics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
