• Deliver payroll with accuracy and deadlines, >99% on tasks.
• Own Zendesk queue and resolve tickets within 24 hours.
• Own and improve SOPs and internal resources across teams.
• Provide cross-team training and mentorship.
• Make proactive decisions with long-term impact.
• Provide global client support and stakeholder management.
• Lead global testing and cross-functional projects.
