Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Senior Payroll Coordinator to join our Wayne, PA office onsite. This role handles weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls, including Canada, ensures data accuracy, and supports HR with payroll changes.

The position requires 2+ years of payroll experience, familiarity with SAP Payroll/ECP, and strong Excel/Office skills, with strict confidentiality and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with SAP Payroll and/or ECP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Weekly, Biweekly, and Monthly payrolls including Canada.
• Check/Audit payroll information for accuracy.
• Coordinate with HR about changes in payroll (e.g. terminations, new/rehires).
• Review and audit employee information in the payroll system.
• Oversee electronic payments and distribution of payroll checks.
• Review/adjust timesheets in Time & Attendance system.
• Process garnishments including child support, and state levies.
• Oversee weekly check requests for garnishments and setting up new vendors.
• Work with external vendors and internal departments.
• Process other compensations such as bonuses, severance, and commissions.
• Generate reports as needed.
• Liaise between departments for payroll changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Provide training to Payroll Coordinator.
• Assist Finance with month-end bank reconciliation.
• Provide general ledgers weekly to Finance.
• Process Canada payroll and General Ledgers.
• Adhere to Teleflex policies and code of ethics.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
