Shure Incorporated in Niles, IL is hiring a Director, Global Payroll to lead and modernize our global payroll operations across 23 countries, managing vendor relationships and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.

You will drive the selection and implementation of a global payroll solution integrated with SAP SuccessFactors, build governance frameworks, and lead a geographically dispersed team with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and payroll credentials required.
• 12-15 years progressive payroll experience.
• Experience across 23 countries and multi-country operations.
• Strong SAP SuccessFactors integration and payroll system experience.
• Leadership of geographically distributed payroll teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll design and modernization.
• Oversee local payrolls in 23 countries and vendor relations.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
• Partner with HR, Tax, Finance, IT to support pay cycles and reporting.
• Provide executive dashboards and KPI insights to leadership.
