United States Digital Space LLC seeks an experienced Director of Global Payroll to oversee payroll operations across 18 countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The role requires collaboration with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, HR, Benefits, and Equity teams to scale a complex global payroll function in a fast-growing tech company.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in global payroll leadership, CPP certification, and hands-on experience with UKG and CloudPay.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive payroll leadership across US and international
• Leadership of globally dispersed teams of 5+ employees
• Strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations across all entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
• Manage relationships with payroll MSPs, including SLA adherence, KPIs, escalations, and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop and execute a long-term global payroll strategy focused on scalability, standardization, process excellence, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and execute a payroll automation roadmap to drive efficiency and maintain systems.
• Lead payroll implementations and support global geographic expansion including new country setup, EOR management, and M&A integration.
