Job summary

StubHub is seeking an experienced Head of Global Payroll to own and lead payroll operations across our expanding global footprint. You will partner with Tax, Finance, and HRIS to ensure accurate, timely payroll, compliance, and data integrity across regions.

You will drive SOX controls, manage vendor relationships, and implement payroll systems for multi-country expansion while protecting confidentiality of sensitive compensation data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including direct management.
• Experience processing payroll for a public company, including SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Experience leading or implementing payroll systems across multiple countries.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead day-to-day global payroll operations across all payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as a backup for payroll processing to remove single points of failure.
• Maintain SOX controls, segregation of duties, and audit-ready approvals.
• Drive cross-country payroll implementations and vendor consolidation.
• Manage new-country payroll implementations, registration, and local compliance.
• Ensure data integrity linking tax remittances, funding, and payroll outputs to Finance.
• Collaborate with Tax, Finance, and Equity teams on cross-functional payroll requirements.
• Document processes and maintain SOPs for operational efficiency.
