Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive payroll roles with leadership.
• Experience managing multi-state and international payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, audits, and reconciliations.
• Experience leading payroll implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll operations across countries, entities and populations.
• Develop and execute payroll strategies aligned with business growth.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and internal controls.
• Oversee payroll accounting activities, reconciliations, audits and year-end processes.
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Tax, Compensation and Benefits teams.
• Drive transformation initiatives, automation, and system enhancements.
• Lead payroll technology projects, integrations and testing.
• Establish governance, documentation and service-level standards.
• Manage vendors and external partners to ensure high-quality service.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing payroll team.
