MGT is hiring a Payroll Director to lead payroll operations, drive a scalable, compliant payroll function, and enhance HR technology to improve employee experience. You will report to the VP of People Operations and oversee global payroll activities while guiding system improvements and process design.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, strong leadership, and expertise in U.S.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including leadership.
• Experience with multi-state payroll operations and payroll system administration.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance and state/local tax reporting.
• Project management experience delivering complex initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of the payroll strategy, plan, and roadmap.
• Manage a team overseeing full life cycle payroll and bi-weekly processing.
• Oversee annual audits, compensation reviews, and year-end reporting.
• Oversee international payroll operations and local compliance.
• Define and enhance payroll-related HR technologies and processes.
• Deploy a new payroll system for 2026 in partnership with business leaders.
