Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• CPP certification is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience including multi-state U.S. payroll and international payrolls.
• Experience with payroll controls, audits, and ERP/payroll system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bi-weekly U.S. payroll for 25+ states and UK/Europe via internal teams and providers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and international payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Govern external payroll providers and in-country partners; drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize Workday payroll and related integrations; support expatriate payroll matters.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and auditors; ensure audit readiness and strong internal controls.
