Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Vice President in Global Payments Advisory to shape client experiences and elevate interactions across product teams in North America. You will provide subject matter expertise in Treasury and Finance, advising top corporate clients and leading transformation initiatives.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to drive thought leadership and impactful solutions for complex treasury needs across industries.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Corporate Treasury or finance function of a large multinational or treasury/finance transformation consulting.
• Strong understanding of payments industry, banking infra and treasury tech like TMS/ERP systems and rails.
• Knowledge of accounting, tax and regulatory aspects across treasury domains and trends.
• Knowledge of cash, liquidity, working capital, cross-border payments, FX, pay-ins/pay-outs, merchant acquiring, channels.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, blockchain and big data in treasury contexts.
• Design thinking, process re-engineering and problem solving skills.
• Client-centric mindset, business acumen, project management and organization.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, influencing and cross-geography collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal skills; capable of inspiring teams.
• Well-connected to industry networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver treasury best practices, trends, benchmarking and banking solutions.
• Leverage JPM product offerings to structure solutions for corporate clients.
• Conduct treasury whiteboarding and propose insights to improve operations.
• Research industry trends to define treasury and payments strategy and approach.
• Build campaigns and go-to-market plans to support pipeline growth.
• Increase external visibility by participating in JPM events and roundtables.
• Drive thought leadership content and collect client feedback for replication.
• Coordinate with Product to share insights for roadmap discussions.
• Coach broader coverage and sales on JPM value proposition.
• Ensure risk management, compliance and policy adherence.
