Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York is seeking an Executive Director to lead Planning & Analysis for Global Payments within Commercial & Investment Banking.

You will drive reporting, forecasting, and profitability analytics, partnering with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, and business leadership. You will oversee KPI development, client profitability reporting, and unit economics, driving process improvements and automation to scale delivery and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in financial analytics and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required for complex analyses and presentations.
• Experience consolidating, reviewing, analyzing, and presenting financials.
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales P&A activities including KPI development, budgeting, forecasting, outlook updates, scenario analysis, and management reporting.
• Translate business objectives into measurable targets, deliverables, and actionable insights with Payments Sales leadership and Finance stakeholders.
• Drive analytics across regions, products, and client segments to identify performance drivers and improve profitability and execution.
• Lead WCP-enabled client profitability reporting with roadmap prioritization, standards, controls, and executive insights.
• Support ad hoc client deep dives and senior management queries with consistent methodology and messaging.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and technology enhancements for reporting efficiency, transparency, controls, and scalability.
• Oversee implementation of reporting enhancements from requirements to post-implementation validation.
• Oversee unit economics deliverables including marginal cost, break-even analysis, and profitability by product, client, and segment.
• Refine cost attribution, allocation methodologies, and driver-based models with cross-functional teams.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting priorities and delivery expectations.
