Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Director for the Payments Global Advisory Team in North America. You will focus on Technology clients with coverage of Non-bank Financial Institutions, shaping deal strategy and origination of opportunities.

You will partner with Banking, Sales and Product to scale content, develop executive-ready materials, and drive pipeline and portfolio growth across global teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on money-movement, payments or treasury experience in a sophisticated payments model.
• Demonstrated depth in building payments/treasury capabilities.
• Strong understanding of payments industry, treasury, and banking infrastructure (Embedded Finance, Blockchain, AI).
• Growth mindset with problem-solving drive; urgency and energy.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage senior stakeholders across teams and geographies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with strong organizational skills.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide sector, market, and client insight to shape sales strategy and opportunities.
• Understand JPM product offerings and leverage them to structure client solutions.
• Diagnose client needs and develop insight-led recommendations across treasury, payments, liquidity, and working capital.
• Stay updated on industry trends to define treasury & payment strategy and engagement approach.
• Originate and support opportunities by contributing to pipeline creation and deal strategy.
• Develop thought leadership and executive-ready materials to drive senior stakeholder engagement.
• Translate market themes into actionable recommendations for clients and sales teams.
• Create reusable playbooks, frameworks, and positioning guidance to scale best practices across teams.
• Partner with Product to exchange insights and support the roadmap.
• Ensure strong risk management, compliance, and adherence to policies.
