Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Global Payments Solutions Vice President, Senior Sales Manager - Corporates in the US. You will partner across markets to deepen client relationships, shape treasury solutions and drive cross-border cash management revenues for Industrial and Transport clients.

The role emphasizes advisory engagement, project leadership and end-to-end deal execution. Based in New York or Chicago, you will coordinate regional and global teams, craft proposals, and support

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing complex global corporate relationships in client-facing roles.
• Experience owning a client portfolio and accountability for P&L and cross-sell metrics.
• Ability to apply data analytics to shape pipeline and drive sales conversion.
• Strong understanding of global cash management, treasury, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience developing solutions across products to meet customer needs and deliver proposals.
• Familiarity with HSBC Group Corporate products and services in an international banking context.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities with Banking Coverage and GPS Sales to grow global cash management wallet share in the Industrial and Transport sector.
• Apply a needs-based advisory approach to align cash management solutions with client outcomes.
• Coordinate HSBC teams across markets to build solutions and deliver proposals and client pitches through to implementation.
• Oversee collaboration with GPS Implementation, Integration and Client Service teams for smooth transition from mandate to revenues.
• Provide market feedback to GPS Product and Channels to inform product enhancements.
• Support sector strategy through client planning, wallet sizing and participation in events.
