Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Global Payments Solutions in San Francisco. You will drive cash management opportunities with US-headquartered global TMT corporates, leading advisory-based selling and cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions across markets.

The role requires a track record with global corporates, strong analytical skills, and deep knowledge of treasury, FX, and liquidity management.

Qualifications

Proven track record of dealing with complex global corporates.
Experience in managing a client portfolio and cross-sell initiatives.
Understanding of cash management, FX, liquidity and working capital.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop business opportunities with US-based global corporates in the TMT sector.
Understand customer requirements and propose cash management solutions.
Lead cross-market proposals, RFP responses, and client pitches through implementation handover.
Coordinate with GPS Implementation, Integration and Client Service teams for smooth transitions.
Provide market feedback to product and channels teams to drive enhancements.
Support sector strategies and participate in client events and wallet sizing activities.
Coach and lead sales team members on strategy, pipeline, and conversion.
