Qualifications

• Proven record with complex global corporate clients in client-facing roles.
• Experience managing a client portfolio with cross-sell metrics.
• Strong data analytics applied to pipeline management and revenue growth.
• Knowledge of global cash management techniques and regulatory environment.
• Understanding of corporate treasury operations: FX, payments, liquidity.
• Experience with cash management services across local to global markets.
• Experience managing large complex corporate relationships with risk awareness.
• Background in International Corporate Banking or HSBC corporate products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to grow global cash management wallet share in the TMT portfolio.
• Adopt needs-based advisory to define cash management solutions.
• Coordinate cross-market teams to develop proposals and RFP responses.
• Oversee implementation handover to translate mandates into revenue.
• Provide feedback to product teams on market trends and needs.
• Shape sector strategies through planning, wallet sizing, events, case studies.
• Coach team members on sales strategy and pipeline management.
• Build a coordinated deal pipeline with global and regional teams.
