Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Payments Client Manager Associate (PCM-A) within Global Payments Corporate Bank Sales to own and grow a portfolio of Media & Communications client relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating with treasury and finance stakeholders to retain and expand business, optimize payment flows, and deliver high-quality client experiences.

You will collaborate across teams, manage relationship health, translate client needs into action, and drive revenue

Qualifications

3+ years in client management or sales.
Strong knowledge of payments products and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding industry nuances and objectives, providing strategic recommendations.
Collaborate across the Global Corporate Bank to meet client requirements with cross-functional teams.
Prepare and deliver regular business reviews; monitor client health indicators and proactively address issues.
Drive product and solutions activation to enhance client value.
Prepare deal documentation, ensure alignment, and secure approvals to propel deal execution.
Oversee credit facilities by supporting setup, ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and reviews.
