Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Product Solutions Manager in Trust & Safety to define and configure complex solutions for key client relationships and opportunities in partnership with Sales. You will act as the voice of the customer, understand client needs, and communicate feedback to Product teams.

The role focuses on new product growth, lead generation, closing deals, and supporting client relationships, with emphasis on payments, fraud prevention, and ID&V.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solving problems across multiple teams and products.
• Extensive experience in a sales cycle and client engagement.
• Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to address complex problems.
• Experience in a matrixed and complex organization.
• Experience leading initiatives to solve business challenges in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and capabilities; defines optimal solutions for clients.
• Serves as SME on defined products with deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline and account planning; trains team on product knowledge.
