Job summary

Canva is seeking a driven Partnerships Operations leader to own the end-to-end Partner Relationship Management platform and related processes. You will manage an onshore/offshore team handling deal registration, orders, and contract operations, while building scalable systems for partner enablement and co-sell.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, RevOps, and Sales to drive an efficient, data-backed program that scales globally and accelerates Canva's enterprise partnerships.

Qualifications

• Built or owned the operations layer for a multi-channel partner program at a SaaS company.
• Experience fixing broken deal registration flows.
• Fluent in partner tech stack and integrations.
• Strong ability to present data-driven view of program health to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own Canva's Partner Relationship Management platform end-to-end (Allbound).
• Lead onshore/offshore deal registration and order processing team.
• Design and run commercial processes: workflows, payments, MDF management.
• Own partner agreements and contract operations from execution to renewal.
• Lead account mapping and lead-sharing infrastructure to enable co-sell."
• Own the Partnerships forecast and provide data-backed revenue view.
• Build reporting and insights for Partnerships org across pipeline and performance.
• Oversee partner enablement infrastructure and onboarding journeys.
