Job summary

Canva is seeking a founding member for its Global Implementation team in San Francisco to partner with enterprise customers on 3-4 month implementations. You will guide product configuration, tailored training, and drive user adoption and engagement across a multi-region portfolio.

As a product expert and trusted advisor, you will empower customers to design and grow with Canva, contributing to shared success and Canva's mission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing SaaS or enterprise software for large, multi-region clients.
• Experience scoping, planning, and delivering multi-phase projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build relationships.
• Creative and resourceful in solving problems and understanding the 'why' behind customer needs.
• Confident engaging with senior decision-makers and driving alignment across business units.

Responsibilities

• Become a Canva product expert and lead complex enterprise onboardings within 30 days.
• Partner 1:1 with clients to design tailored rollout frameworks for Canva deployments.
• Drive customer timelines and adoption by aligning needs with Canva best practices.
• Co-build implementation processes to refine workflows and best practices for teams.
• Understand customer use cases and collaborate with Education and Product to improve Help Center and product experience.
