Job summary

Canva is seeking a senior leader to own and optimize the Partnerships platform and related operational motions across Resellers, Alliances, Agencies, and Growth Partners worldwide.

You will manage the end-to-end partner operations, including deal registration, contract operations, and data-driven forecasting, while partnering with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Enablement to scale the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Built or owned the operations layer for a multi-channel partner program in a SaaS company.
• Experience with partner management platforms and CRM integrations.
• Ability to present data-driven program health to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own Canva's Partnerships platform end-to-end, including architecture and partner experience.
• Lead an onshore/offshore deal registration and order processing team.
• Design and run commercial processes: workflows, payments, MDF management.
• Own partner agreements and contract operations with Legal and Finance.
• Lead account mapping and lead-sharing infrastructure for co-sell.
• Build forecasting models and provide data-backed visibility to leadership.
• Develop reporting and insights for the Partnerships org.
• Scale enablement: onboarding journeys and training frameworks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal to remove friction.
