Job summary

Canva is seeking a Global Implementation team member to partner with enterprise clients in a 3–4 month engagement, guiding product configuration, training, and adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to design and scale with Canva while aligning with customer success goals.

Based in Austin with a hybrid work model, you’ll work with enterprise teams to deliver value-driven implementations and ensure successful outcomes across multi-region deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing SaaS or enterprise software for large, multi-region clients.
• Experience managing strategic and complex rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Become a Canva product expert and lead enterprise onboardings, unlocking full value of Canva for customers.
• Develop tailored rollout frameworks aligning best practices with each customer’s business goals.
• Drive customer timelines and adoption to ensure strong product engagement.
• Co-build implementation processes with the team to refine and scale best practices.
• Understand customer use cases and collaborate with Customer Education and Product to improve Help Center and product experience.
