Job summary

Canva is hiring a Real Estate Partnerships Manager to own MLS onboarding end-to-end and coordinate across MLSs, brokerages, data partners, legal, finance, and engineering. You will design scalable onboarding playbooks and ensure compliance while partnering with Product on data needs and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working directly with or within MLSs, real estate data providers, or real estate tech companies.
• Strong understanding of data licensing and compliance.
• Experience building or running multi-party workflows (Airtable or similar).
• Ability to translate MLS requirements to legal/product/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own MLS onboarding end-to-end and coordinate across MLSs, brokerages, data partners, legal, finance and engineering.
• Build and own a repeatable onboarding playbook that scales with Canva.
• Manage compliance, renewals, and vendor registrations; ensure sign-offs as needed.
• Advise Product on data requirements and roadmap decisions; flag compliance considerations.
• Grow Canva's PropTech partner ecosystem and represent Canva at industry events.
