Job summary

Canva’s Global Implementation team is seeking a foundational member to partner with enterprise customers for 45 days, leading smooth, value-driven implementations—from product configuration to tailored training and driving user adoption. As a product expert and trusted advisor, you’ll empower customers to design and grow with Canva, ensuring confidence and success while aligning with their business needs.

This role covers NAMER with occasional EMEA support and requires the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years implementing SaaS or enterprise software for large, multi-region clients.
• Proven ability to scope, plan, and deliver multi-phase projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong consultative approach and customer-facing delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a Canva product expert. Lead complex enterprise onboardings, including account configuration such as SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, and domain verification, ensuring customers realize the full value of Canva's platform.
• Partner 1:1 with clients. Develop tailored rollout frameworks that align Canva's best practices with each customer's business structure and goals.
• Drive customer timelines and adoption. Understand customer needs and drive product engagement toward activation targets.
• Co-build implementation processes. Collaborate to refine processes and best practices for Enhanced and Premier motions.
• Understand customer use cases. Work with Customer Education and Product to improve Help Center and product experience.
