Job summary

Crunchyroll is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to lead a global partner management strategy for Connected TV and other platforms. You will serve as the primary liaison to key partners, coordinating with regional teams and internal partners to align initiatives with Crunchyroll’s growth goals.

You will identify growth opportunities, co-create joint initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and present results at Quarterly Business Reviews.

Qualifications

• You have strong relationship-building skills to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with key platform partners.
• You have an in-depth understanding of the media and streaming landscape, platform dynamics, and the competitive environment.
• You’re able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and partners across geographies and time zones.
• You have excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively represent the company’s interests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner management strategy aligned with Crunchyroll’s objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Connected TV and other platform partners, maintaining regular communication and addressing needs promptly.
• Identify growth opportunities with assigned partners, co-create strategies, and implement joint initiatives that drive subscriber growth.
• Monitor partner performance metrics, develop corrective actions, and present findings at Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Establish strong relationships and influence with internal departments across regions, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Content Operations.
• Share best practices with Partner Management counterparts across regional offices.
• Travel to partner meetings and industry events to represent Crunchyroll.
