Job summary

Crunchyroll is seeking a senior leader to guide People Strategy & Partnerships at the CPXO level. You will partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational challenges, shape talent strategy, and drive workforce planning that aligns with business goals.

Hybrid work with three days per week onsite in Los Angeles. You will translate priorities into practical People initiatives, build executive presentations, and use data to surface risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in management consulting, People strategy, or organizational effectiveness.
MBA or advanced degree or equivalent experience in strategy and People partnerships.
Trusted advisor who has partnered with senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and change.
Strategic thinker who translates priorities into practical People strategies.
Clear communicator with ability to influence and present at executive level.

Responsibilities

Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and culture transformation.
Diagnose organizational challenges and develop recommendations to improve effectiveness.
Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into People strategies and initiatives.
Serve as trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and change management.
Build executive-ready presentations and data-driven narratives.
