Job summary

Crunchyroll is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Partnerships in Los Angeles to lead and nurture strategic partnerships with major Connected TV platforms. You will drive growth, oversee partner strategy, and coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies to maximize reach and revenue.

In this role you will report to the Senior Director, Global Partnerships and work primarily from Los Angeles with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of partner/account management within the media/streaming industry.
• Deep understanding of the media and streaming landscape, platform dynamics, and competitive environment.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain partnerships.
• Experience in driving business growth and revenue through partner management initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to gain consensus and support internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner management strategy aligned with our objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Connected TV and other platform partners.
• Identify growth opportunities, co-create strategies, and implement joint initiatives with partners.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and present at Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Regional teams, Marketing, Brand Management, Analytics, Finance, Strategy, Product, Engineering, and Content Operations.
• Liaise with Partner Management counterparts in regional offices to share best practices.
• Travel to partner meetings and represent Crunchyroll at industry events.
