Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity / investing, or corporate development.
• Experience driving financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to organize complex processes.
• Excellence with attention to detail, analytical rigor, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player who builds relationships across the business.
• Interest in media & entertainment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Bachelor's degree / B.S. / B.A. required.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial/analytical modeling and strategic support for evaluating potential M&A and investment opportunities, joint ventures, and business development growth initiatives.
• Perform due diligence and prepare presentations for senior management; coordinate with executives to execute transactions.
• Prepare structured analyses with data visualization and concise strategic recommendations.
• Deliver executive presentations for updates, board meetings and ad hoc events.
