Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive Finance and FP&A experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience serving as a primary Finance business partner to C-suite executives.

• Act as a Finance business partner to the COO and senior leaders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for regional GTM.
• Develop a scalable regional GTM Finance organization with clear reporting and governance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Membership, Product, Data, Strategy, and other teams to connect financial performance to commercial drivers.
• Present financial performance and recommendations to executives with clear narratives.
