Crunchyroll, LLC is seeking a Director of Membership & Operational Planning to translate our growth targets into a clear, executable plan. The role reports to the VP of Membership Performance and coordinates with Strategy, Growth, Marketing, Lifecycle, Product, Engineering, Finance, and regional teams to align priorities and turn plans into action.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in growth planning, strategy, and operations.
• Experience in commercial planning and financial forecasting.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Membership bottom-up plan across initiatives, markets, and investments.
• Translate strategy into annual and multi-year plans.
• Lead planning cycles with cross-functional teams.
• Build scenarios to model investments and market conditions.
• Partner with Finance on assumptions and budget tracking.
• Maintain portfolio with milestones and ownership.
• Surface risks and drive executive decisions.
• Lead planning rhythms and plan-versus-actual reporting.
• Turn inputs into clear executive updates.
