Job summary
Crunchyroll, LLC seeks a Senior Manager, Executive Initiatives to drive the Executive Office’s top priorities and ensure leadership moments are thoughtful and well-executed. You will report to the VP, Executive Office and help turn complex topics into clear executive narratives, while planning high-profile leadership events and forums.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, Chief of Staff, business transformation, or similar roles.
- Experience working closely with senior executives on complex business questions, recommendations, and decisions.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills to quickly address ambiguous problems.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills for senior leaders’ briefings and presentations.
- Comfortable moving between strategic work and hands-on execution, including planning high-visibility meetings and events.
- Strong influencing skills to drive work across teams without direct authority.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgment in a fast-moving executive environment.
- Experience working across global teams or with corporate partners is a plus.
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technology shaping business and consumer behavior.
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review strategies and recommendations before they reach the President, identifying gaps and clarifying viewpoints.
- Handle strategic projects and ambiguous business problems with structure and recommendations.
- Create executive presentations, briefings, and decision materials.
- Ensure the President’s meetings focus on the right questions and outcomes.
- Plan and execute SMT offsites, VP+ Summits, and company-wide leadership events.
- Turn Executive Office priorities into purposeful agendas and leadership programming.
- Maintain momentum on decisions after executive discussions.
