Job summary

CrowdStrike seeks a visionary leader to head our Go-to-Market Programs team, defining and optimizing the global GTM strategy through programs, incentives, and cross-functional alignment. You will translate strategy into Partner Programs—Resell, Distribution, MSSP, and emerging GTMs—collaborating with partners and internal teams to ensure cohesive execution and revenue growth.

Qualifications

10+ years in Partner GTM Programs and Enablement.
Ability to manage a portfolio of projects across time zones.
Proven track record of developing and evolving GTM programs.
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute programs to grow market share, revenue, and retention through partnerships.
Support traditional GTM programs and create new programs for emerging GTMs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform GTM planning.
Lead and mentor a team of partnership professionals.
