Job summary

Ailytics is seeking a driven Partner Enablement Manager to build and scale our partner enablement program for global impact. You will design systems, trainings, certifications, and resources to help partners position and sell our AI and Vision AI solutions.

You will personally deliver workshops, bootcamps, webinars, and regional kick-offs while shaping scalable, self-serve resources for the broader ecosystem. Strong English and enterprise SaaS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner enablement or a related function within enterprise SaaS or technology.
• Hands-on experience building or scaling an enablement function and LMS/PRM, not just delivering an existing program.
• Proven experience supporting the US market and maintaining overlap with US working hours.
• Strong written and spoken Business English and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering partner training, onboarding, and certification programs.
• Instructional design skills with gamification to improve engagement.
• Comfort using generative AI tools for content creation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build from scratch: select, implement, and manage a scalable LMS/PRM for a growing global partner ecosystem.
• Create partner education: onboarding, certifications, training modules, playbooks, battlecards, and sales assets.
• Deliver: run live trainings, webinars, certification bootcamps, and regional partner kick-offs.
• Apply AI to scale content creation, localization, asynchronous training, and partner support.
• Gamify learning with badges, leaderboards, and other mechanics to boost participation.
• Provide white-glove enablement to key partners while building scalable self-service resources.
• Measure impact: adoption, certifications, content utilization, and revenue linkages.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Channel to stay aligned with GTM strategy.
