Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a leader to drive its global AI partner enablement program. You will build curricula, certification frameworks, readiness models, and an operating plan that scales AI capabilities across partners, countries, and business units.

You will design certification paths, partner learning journeys, and coordinate with engineering teams, hyperscalers, and technology partners to launch cohorts across regions. Strong leadership and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software, cloud, or technology leadership with partner enablement experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience building and scaling partner, learning, certification, or enablement programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud, AI ecosystems and vendor-funded programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global AI partner enablement and certification program at Ingram Micro.
• Design readiness assessments, certification paths, and partner learning journeys.
• Develop AI curriculum and training tracks with engineering teams and partners.
• Launch and manage certification cohorts across multiple countries and regions.
• Drive partner adoption, readiness progression, and revenue outcomes through enablement programs.
• Manage vendor-funded enablement initiatives and demonstrate measurable business impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams and establish governance, standards, and reporting.
