Job summary

Octave seeks a Global Enablement Strategist - Partner Enablement to design and lead partner onboarding and ongoing enablement for a diverse external partner ecosystem. You will also develop internal CAM/PAM enablement programs and define success metrics across programs.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management and Sales Enablement to keep content current, and drive cross-functional alignment with leadership to scale impact globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Partner Enablement experience at a software/SaaS company.
• Experience building enablement programs from scratch for multiple partner types (Resellers, SIs, Hyperscalers).
• Understanding of partner ecosystem dynamics and lifecycle management.
• Experience with PRM platforms, LMS tools, and enablement/content platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics and iteration.
• Excellent communication and facilitation; comfortable presenting to leadership.
• Leverages AI and emerging tools to scale productivity and impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own scalable partner onboarding for Resellers, SIs, and Hyperscalers.
• Create cadence/framework for ongoing partner communication and re-enablement.
• Develop partner-facing enablement content: curricula, certification paths, playbooks, battlecards, self-service resources.
• Establish enablement journeys by partner tier, motion, and maturity.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Enablement to keep content current.
• Define and track enablement success metrics.
• Build internal CAM/PAM enablement program.
• Identify core skills and training paths; create exercises and coaching guides.
• Collaborate with leadership to align enablement with GTM strategy.
• Gather feedback and iterate programs; report impact to leadership.
