Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to drive a global AI partner enablement program. You will architect curricula, certification frameworks, readiness models, and an operating plan that scales AI capabilities across partners, countries, and business units.

You will design certification paths, run cohorts, and partner learning journeys with engineering teams, hyperscalers, and technology partners to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong executive communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building and scaling partner, learning, certification, or enablement programs.
• Knowledge of cloud, AI, hyperscaler, or software partner ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Lead Ingram Micro's global AI partner enablement program.
• Design readiness assessments, certification paths, and partner learning journeys.
• Develop AI curriculum and training tracks with engineering teams and partners.
• Launch and manage certification cohorts across countries and regions.
• Drive partner adoption, readiness progression, and revenue outcomes.
• Manage vendor-funded enablement initiatives and measure business impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams and establish program governance and reporting.
