Job summary

Nscale, the GPU cloud engineered for AI, is seeking an experienced Purchase to Pay Senior Manager to design and oversee end-to-end P2P operations across our global finance function.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will drive process improvements, automate workflows, manage supplier relationships, controls, and analytics to optimize cash flow and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in P2P, procurement operations, or AP management.
• Proven track record leading and scaling P2P operations in high-growth environments.
• Strong experience with process design, automation, and system optimization.
• Deep understanding of P2P controls, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience managing both transactional teams and strategic vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to implement ERP systems or major process changes successfully.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve end-to-end P2P workflows and controls.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, PO creation, three-way matching, invoicing, and payment.
• Drive standardization across global operations.
• Lead supplier onboarding, risk assessments, and ongoing compliance.
• Negotiate terms and SLAs to drive cost efficiency.
• Establish P2P controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee invoices, coding, and payment processing with high accuracy.
• Lead data governance and reporting dashboards for KPIs.
• Build and mentor a high-performing P2P team.
