Job summary

Nscale, the GPU cloud engineered for AI, seeks an experienced Purchase to Pay Senior Manager to design and oversee end-to-end P2P operations. You will drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability across global procurement and accounts payable, reporting to the Director of Finance.

You will lead supplier management, three-way matching, invoice processing, and payment execution while building a high-performing team, enabling automation, data governance, and real-time KPI visibility to support

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Purchase to Pay or accounts payable leadership.
• Experience scaling P2P in high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to design automated processes.
• Strong understanding of P2P controls and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end P2P workflows, including procurement policies, approval matrices, and controls.
• Establish clear processes for supplier onboarding, PO creation, three-way matching, invoice processing, and payment execution.
• Drive process standardization across global operations while accommodating local market requirements.
