Job summary

Nscale is a GPU cloud company enabling AI development. The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst – PTP will manage AP activities across Procure-to-Pay, based in Houston, TX, and collaborate with procurement, finance, and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate invoices and payments.

As a senior team member, you’ll guide complex AP matters, help improve systems and controls, and support end-to-end PTP operations to support financial stability and growth at Nscale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay, ideally in international or shared-services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong experience with ERP systems and AP automation tools such as NetSuite or similar financial systems.
• Solid understanding of PO-based invoicing, three-way matching, and end-to-end PTP.
• Knowledge of Norwegian VAT regulations and financial compliance.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve AP issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and organized work
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and finance tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP activities within the Procure-to-Pay process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process and review supplier invoices in ERP/PTP systems with proper coding and approvals.
• Perform three-way matching across invoices, POs, and receipts; resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate complex invoice issues including pricing, quantities, tax, or terms.
• Support payment runs in line with terms and controls.
• Manage supplier inquiries, statement reconciliations, and vendor issues.
• Provide guidance on AP matters and collaborate on process improvements.
