Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Manager of Purchase to Pay to oversee end-to-end procure-to-pay operations for the company, including supplier management, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will drive process improvements, automation, and data visibility at scale.

This hands-on leadership role demands a track record of building teams, ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance, and delivering cost efficiencies across global procurement and accounts payable

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Purchase to Pay or accounts payable management.
• Experience leading P2P in high-growth environments.
• Strong process design, automation, and system optimization.
• Deep understanding of P2P controls, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience implementing ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end P2P workflows and controls.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, PO creation, three-way matching, invoicing, and payments.
• Drive global standardization while respecting local requirements.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and contract negotiations.
• Establish robust P2P controls and audit trails.
• Oversee payment scheduling and cash flow optimization.
• Lead data governance and KPI reporting.
• Build and mentor a high-performing P2P team.
• Provide strategic analytics and cost management.
