Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Senior Manager – Finance, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to lead a global P2P function within the Finance Shared Services organization. You will oversee multi-regional operations and a 25-person team across internal and BPO resources, driving process excellence and automation.

Responsibilities include global P2P leadership, policy evolution, and collaboration with IT and stakeholders to optimize ERP enhancements and working capital.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing and running Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and Vendor Master data operations.
• 5+ years of management experience with direct team oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global P2P function with end-to-end efficiency across regions.
• Drive automation, RPA and AI to enhance AP operations and reduce cycle times.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls across P2P activities.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain and Finance to enable ERP enhancements.
