NVIDIA, a leader in AI and accelerated computing, seeks a Global Process Owner for Invoice to Pay at our Santa Clara, CA campus. You will own the end-to-end I2P process globally, set standards, drive automation, and partner with IT, Procurement, and Finance to enable secure, compliant operations.

You will lead a distributed team, shape multi-year roadmaps, and ensure performance through KPIs and SLAs while advancing change across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 15+ years in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay, or Finance Operations.
• 5+ years in global process ownership or senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record designing and implementing global end-to-end I2P processes.
• Deep ERP expertise (SAP or Oracle) and I2P automation tools (Coupa, Ariba, OCR).
• Strong knowledge of SOX controls, tax mandates, and payment compliance.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and change management.
• Practical use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) in finance contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead worldwide end-to-end Invoice to Pay process with strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Define and govern global process development, policies, and procedures across regions.
• Drive automation via AI/ML, OCR, and e-invoicing with ERP/IT partners.
• Establish and report global benchmarks and SLAs and drive improvement.
• Coordinate I2P internal controls, including SOX compliance and audits.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and Controllership on P2P.
• Mentor a distributed team and foster accountability and excellence.
• Champion change management for global rollouts and acquisitions.
