NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA seeks a seasoned Global Process Owner (GPO) for Invoice to Pay to lead global end-to-end processes and drive automation, SOX controls, and cross‑functional collaboration across Procurement, Treasury, and Controllership.

You will define the vision, standards, and roadmap, mentor a distributed team, and champion change management for global rollouts and new entity onboarding, shaping the future of finance operations at NVIDIA.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay or Finance Operations.
• 5+ years in global process ownership or senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record designing and implementing global, end-to-end I2P processes.
• Deep expertise in ERP platforms (SAP or Oracle) and I2P automation tools (Coupa, Ariba, OCR and e-invoicing).
• Strong knowledge of SOX controls, global e-invoicing and indirect tax mandates, and payment compliance.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation and change management.
• Experience applying AI tools in a finance context.

Mansioni

• Manage the worldwide end-to-end Invoice to Pay process from invoice receipt to payment, defining strategy and roadmap.
• Define and govern global process development, ensuring regional and entity consistency.
• Drive touchless processing through automation, AI/ML, OCR, and e-invoicing with IT and ERP teams.
• Establish and report global SLAs and benchmarks and lead continuous improvement.
• Coordinate the I2P internal control framework, including SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Controllership, and business leaders on P2P alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of process leads and managers.
• Champion change management for global rollouts, acquisitions, and new entity onboarding.
