Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Manager, Global P2C Innovation Readiness & Enablement to lead training delivery and change management across the Global Seller Experience. You will design learning solutions, manage intakes and projects, and align enablement with business strategy.

Work with Sales Enablement and Onboarding teams to scale programs, including Train the Trainer and Just-in-Time training. This role reports to GBGA and supports multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or Change Management).
• 7+ years developing and implementing training and/or change management strategies.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, course development processes, and mobile learning best practices.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-wide, transformational change initiatives with a focus on learning and enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead P2C Domains for the Global Seller Experience and enablement workstream; ensure seamless delivery of enablement strategies with internal partners.
• Collaborate with enablement partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption of program initiatives.
• Draft and deploy targeted messaging and training materials to build awareness, knowledge, and skills with stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end change management programs; identify risks and guide execution.
• Create executive presentations, enablement offerings, and status reports for stakeholders.
