Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Global P2C Innovation Readiness & Enablement to lead learning programs across our Global Seller Experience. You will design, coordinate, and deliver scalable enablement initiatives, partnering with Revenue Ops, DET, and Field Readiness to ensure high-quality training and adoption across regions.

You will drive objective-driven learning solutions, manage stakeholder communications, and craft executive-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or Change Management.
• 7+ years of training and/or change management experience.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and mobile learning.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives with learning focus.
• Ability to lead large cross-functional project teams for training and enablement.
• Experience enabling a Global Sales team in tech or consulting, or similar industries.
• Experience delivering best-in-class training to audiences from 1 to 10,000 with scalable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement strategy and program plans with stakeholder engagement across functional teams.
• Coordinate with Revenue Operations, DET, Field Readiness, Corporate Development, Communications, Change Management and others to ensure delivery and adoption of initiatives.
• Draft and deploy targeted messaging and training materials to build awareness, knowledge, and skills.
• Manage end-to-end change management programs, identifying risks and mitigating issues.
• Create executive presentations, enablement offerings, and status reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to align training with deal lifecycles (Train the Trainer, Just-in-Time, true-up).
• Continuously analyze training needs and adjust programs for better impact.
